Thank you Sweetwater for being one of the most ethical companies I know, and with a commitment to "old school" customer service. Very refreshing in this faceless e-commerce age.
They have always sold me high quality products and have even checked back regularly to make sure that I am still enjoying the products I bought from them, ensure that they still work or something etc. This is a company that you always want to support and that have a level of customer service you just so not see often these days.
Misleading promotion and horrible customer service. They offered a "free sleeve" promotion for a product, then didn't ship the promotional item, and when it finally arrived after I had to ask them for it and wait another few weeks for it to finally ship and arrive, it was for a completely different product, not the one it was advertised to fit. I have been working with Mike at Sweetwater for over 10 years and have found him to be full of information, respectful, and the equipment he has sold me and my church has been as described and in excellent condition. When I have had questions about my equipment purchased through them, he has searched for answers for me expeditiously and has helped me purchase additional equipment to complement and update my aging system.
I've made purchases from Sweetwater five or six times, and every time the merchandise and customer service has been stellar. Their customer service is unmatched, in my experience. I know that a bad experience motivates people to leave an online review much more so than a good experience. Sweetwater takes time to make sure I'm happy after every transaction with me, so I decided to take a minute to express my appreciation for them.
Wow, I love Sweetwater - they have an excellent reputation and it is well deserved. I have made several purchases from them and every one was perfect. And guess what? They really care and definitely know their stuff. My most recent I purchase was a Martin guitar from them and it got here safe and sound and on time. They kept me posted every step along the delivery until it got into my hands. And then they followed up.
