Really good BBQ and the fried pickles were awesome.
I had the bbq pork burrito and my son had the pulled pork sandwich. Both were very good.
We visited Sweet P's this weekend and it did not disappoint. We could not decide what to get so we had a little of everything. Ribs, brisket, spicy wings, greens, pinto beans, slaw and mac and cheese. Yum! And fried pickles. I will be back, but may try out the downtown dive location next time. The thick sauce was right on.
BEST BBQ chicken burrito on planet Earth, IMO!!!..... Great atmosphere and friendly people too!
The absolute best Knoxville has to offer! I make the drive from Chattanooga on a regular basis just for Sweet P's. I've eaten everything over the years and never been disappointed. Hands down best wings on the planet!
From Alaska and stopped in on the way to the airport. Great food, quick and friendly service... and I loved it!!
You must add this to your restaurant list!! The ribs had a dry rub, no sloppy, messy sauce ( sauce on request) and they were incredibly tender and flavorful. My sides were greens and lima beans that were also tasty. Others in our party chose the 1/2 chicken, pulled pork sandwich and the burrito. Everyone was raving about their food. Hands down one of the tastiest ribs I've ever eaten. A must if you're passing through Knoxville.
