First time here and it was out of this world I will be back for more of that awesome pulled pork the food and service I can't wait to come back
Meats were amazing!
Sweet P's has good barbecue, but my favorite item on their menu is the potato salad. The green beans are good, too. They offer some sides like greens and the tomato-cucumber-bleu cheese salad that are different from most barbecue places. We also enjoyed the oldies music.If you're looking for genuine Southern made-from-scratch banana pudding with meringue topping, however, you won't find it here. Order the chocolate chess pie instead.
Ribs!! Great rub and spice. They are cooked to perfection. The Mac n cheese is worth 2 hours on the treadmill. Every time I'm in the area I will be visiting Sweet Ps.
I ordered the BBQ burrito. That was ok, I say ok cause the combo of all the ingredients wasn't what I thought. So I ended up just eating the brisket which was great! Banana pudding is fantastic. And you can't beat the view while you're eating. Next time I'll just get the brisket
First time I've ever been here. The food was amazing. I shared the sampler plate with my sister with the pulled pork sandwich. Def plenty of food for the both of us!! You have to try the mac & cheese side!! I loved all 3 bbq sauces and couldnt make up my mind so i used all 3, haha. Next time I'm back in town to visit my family, I will for sure be back!!
After a very long day of nothing but driving for 13 hours, we decided to google best BBQ in Knoxville. Sweet P's was one of the first places to come up. I called in my order and asked if our food could be ready by the time we got to town. The fine employees had our order ready for us, and not only was it absolutely the best BBQ we've eaten in a long time, it was also very reasonably priced. I love finding little mom and pop style places and supporting local businesses. I wish there were more stars I could give. Love love lov... read more
