One of my favorite restaurants! When they first opened after Max's left the space, I wanted to see if they were as good, and YES, I found it to be a great place with a very diverse menu (and desserts)!

My fiancé and I had our first date here for breakfast 3 years ago in December. We go the same day every year for our anniversary. We have had breakfast lunch and dinner at one time or another and whenever family or friends come up to visit we always talk about this place! So this place will always hold a special place in our hearts!
Normally, I don't bother rating. But today, i had by far the best and quickest service I have had there. I sat at the bar for a quick lunch and it was phenomenal. Gary (I believe that's who was behind the bar) was super friendly and on top of everything.
Good food. Terrible service. We keep going back because we do like the food; however, in the ten-ish times we have been there we've only had good service twice. Such a shame �
We frequent Sweet Melissa's very regularly! We are never disappointed in the food!! I'm obsessed with the Tofu Thai Fry, and we love all of the healthy vegetarian options. We love Sweet Melissa's!! ❤
With all the good and up and coming restaurants around in Rocky River and Lakewood, It's amazing this place does any business at all with the poor quality of the food they serve. The crab cakes especially need to come off the menu, Had to have been made with canned crab meat and just bombed with filler and a very strange spice mix that was not traditional Old Bay. The caesar salad is the strangest concoction I ever seen for this type of salad, Its a wedge of romaine grilled which totally wilts the lettuce that you would want... read more
Vegetable lasagne - Hard crisp vegetables quickly dipped in hot water then layered with al dente noodle. I think there was a small dollop of cheese mixture Very crunchy and raw. I have an idea ! Chop it up and sell it as a lasagne salad. A shmear of ricotta, a cute folded, rolled lasagne noodle, marinara for dipping.
