Awful service!! Were sitting for 45 minutes never had our waitress take our food order. We had to track her down to ask her to take our order. When we were finished eating we sat there for another 35 minutes watching our server clean up and do her closing tasks before someone from our group finally got fed up and went over and asked her if we could have our bill. Food was good but not great, but the service was so bad that I would not go back.

Good food, AWFUL service. We were seated by the hostess and waited at least 10 minutes for someone who wasn't our server to come take our drink order. Our server brought our drinks and took our order without any pleasantries. A different server/manager brought our food. We had to ask the hostess for a box and our bill. We finally saw our waitress for a second time when she brought our bill without asking about our meal at all. Very disappointed with our experience.
My husband and I went for the first time today and we loved it! The food and the atmosphere were great. We can't wait to return.
Normally I love Sweet Melissa and have been there several times in the past, but service for brunch on Saturday the 19th was terrible. After waiting about an hour for food, our server said that the kitchen had lost our ticket. We placed our order again, but after waiting another 20 minutes and seeing other food leave the kitchen - we knew that our food wasn't going to be there anytime soon. We put some money on the table to cover our coffee and tea and left.

The food was great as always. Love the fish tacos! But it's time to update the interior, menus, etc. all showing signs of wear and tear from years of use and starting to appear quite dated.
The warm goat cheese salad is my favorite! Everything I've tried here is delicious! The brussel sprouts, fried calamari and the shrimp risotto cake appetizers are also must-haves!
Our server was very nice and our food arrived quickly. however the food was flat and had very little flavor. It just wasn't worth the money. Today was my 3rd time there, all 3 times were rather disappointing ... I can't see myself going back.
