We had a great experience with both the doulas who worked with us, Haley and Tracy! Both were excellent communicators and sources of support and wisdom. I wasn’t expecting just how much of a positive impact having a night doula during those early weeks was going to be, but I’d wholeheartedly recommend Sweet Dreams Doulas to anyone looking for postpartum doula support!
Tracy and Trisha were absolutely incredible. Being that this was our first experience with a night doula they helped educate us in so many ways from the process, care, but also helped us being new parents and learning. We couldn’t recommend Sweet Dreams Doula more, they are kind, empathetic, and trustworthy (& great with our crazy dogs)!
We are so happy to have had the support of Mariah with our second daughter. She was so caring, communicative, and always on time. Aside from the sleep support, it was nice to have help with other household tasks as well. All of this allowed a better postpartum recovery for me and we were able to actually enjoy the newborn experience. Would highly recommend!
