I haven’t been able to find anyone since moving here two yrs ago, so I went ahead and tried my daughter’s hair dresser and was completely floored at my results. I was amazed at how organized and professional the staff were. We had 13 kids at our daughter's birthday party and they brought in plenty of staff to give each girl personalized attention. The whole package was worth every penny. In our daughter's words, "Best Birthday party ever!"
I am an immigrant from a communist country. I saw some black ladies commented before that this is a racist place. They said that if you are not a white that this is not a place for you. But I don't want to use my skin color and nation as a topic to criticize people who are racist easily. To say people racists is pretty subjective as long as they did not openly said that. Staff ignored my daughter and acted like they were annoyed with the kids. Place is boring after 20 minutes. Not worth the money. Won’t be back. They told me I couldn’t get a refund even though we never received the service we paid for. Wow. Was told the owner would call me back but it never happened. Head manager told me I wouldn’t get a refund if I posted a bad review. Unreal how racist and bad customer service this place shows.
RecommendedI would HIGHLY recommend sweet and sassy ! We had an amazing awesome experience with Jaime at the salon! My daughter was terrified to get her hair done brushed etc but Jamie took up a lot of time with her and made her feel right at home and so comfortable with her that she wants to go back on a regular bases and get her hair done! I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone with a little girl with curly hair! She provided awesome customer service that is hard to find these days so friendly kind and sweet ! First hair cut!! My goddaughter loved her hair cut
I took my daughters in July for summer dye and they damaged her hair a lot .. They left them bleaching 2 hours for a 6 year old girl .. just because they had more clients than they could attend
