RecommendedJust got back from a wonderful experience at the salon! My little girl is almost 5 & had not had a haircut yet (my mama heart just couldn’t handle it lol)! She was very excited, to get her first big girl haircut but when it was her time...she got super nervous. There was some tears getting her confidence back but the staff was SO wonderful the whole time! RecommendedWe had a wonderful Sweet & Sassy experience. We took my niece for her 7th birthday & my almost 4 year old! Every single one of the workers went out of their way to make it so special. Cinderella & Belle were both super interactive & were amazing with both girls! They each did a separate package, but they did great at not making one feel less important than the other one! We signed up our 3 year old for a mermaid makeover before the pandemic happened while I was 9 months pregnant. We obviously never went to the event since it wasn't safe. we contacted the store via messaging and voicemail numerous times to let them know we weren't attending and we wanted our money back. Nothing was said for weeks. So we filed a claim with our bank for refund due to service not received.
