I took my almost 3 year old here for her very first mani and pedi. She loved it and the girl that did her nails was so nice, patient, and gentle with her. My daughter loved feeling like a princess for a day. They have a lot of cute stuff in the store and the bath bombs smell so good! We’ll be back again for sure!
I went to the South Hills Village location for a first cut for my daughter, and I was not impressed. I think Maddie cut her hair and was so not connected with my daughter and said a rude comment about my daughters excema.... Definitely won’t be back....
My daughter celebrated her birthday at the South Hills Village location. All 8 girls had a blast. The spa-tacular party was everything she wanted and more. I couldn't have loved the staff anymore and all the ladies that helped with this excited bunch of 8 year olds were amazing! This was the second year in a row we have booked a birthday party with your SVH shop and won't be the last time we come in. We brought our 9 month old to get her ears pierced after she officially graduated from her cranial helmet. She is a wiggly, curious, mobile little girl but Kaitlyn and Carly (not 100%sure on their spellings, sorry!) were SO patient with us and tried everything to help us keep her comfortable but still. We talked about our equal love for Disney and Glam everything and they let us go to the back to dance on stage to princess songs together after the job was done! Thank you so much for being part of our magical celebration!
My granddaughters loved their spa experience. Everyone was very nice to us. We’ll be back.
