Dont get me wrong the kids had a great time, it's just some things I didnt appreciate. I dont mind giving a gratuity but let me know up front. They told me about the gratuity for the limousine over the phone but waited until the end of the party to tell me about the gratuity for them. What if I didnt have the extra $60 to give to u. I dont like being surprised or unprepared. They also tried to charge me for services I ordered but the kids did not receive and tried to keep my change until I brought all this to their attention
