My daughter was nervous, but Kaitlyn and your staff provided outstanding customer service and spoke to my daughter as if she were a person with a voice. Thanks! We had a bad experience at another (non-Sweet & Sassy) piercing place and your business provided top-notch service. My daughter is so happy now that her ears are pierced and loved your staff!!
We received a haircut by Beth today and she did a fantastic job. I have not ever seen my daughter’s hair cut look so great. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back!
