Pretty lame sauna. Staff wasn’t the friendliest and the rules of not being able to go back to your locker and kinda ridiculous. I’d skip it.

TLDR: Ludicrous rules that only exist at this sauna, the staff does not explain them and act aggressively expecting us to comply. I visited Sweatbox in London and had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist. As I was about to enter the steam sauna, he loudly shouted across the bar asking if I was going in. When I replied “yes,” he aggressively told me I was not allowed to wear shoes inside. I was wearing rubber Crocs.
