Very good vets came twice for my little kitten who had been given to Me to young at 5 weeks old lovely vet gave so much advice weight daily had some cold flu like symptoms and had conjunctivitis had antibiotics and worming meds she improved I take her back at 8 weeks old she has her 1st vaccine and weighed in well no signs of any illness 2 weeks later sadly my kitten passed away at 23:46pm Sunday 10th august I rang on call vet who was very compassionate and explained all my options and gave her sincere condolences told me to... read more

Refused to see my elderly cat for an emergency appointment, even though he couldn't even walk. We're not registered here which I understand, but we expressed multiple times that we couldn't get to another veterinary centre at short notice because we don't drive whereas they are the only ones in walking distance to us. £100 of taxi fares later at the emergency clinic for his registered vets, and he was in critical condition. We attended for an emergency appt. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic. I’d love to thank Claire the vet she was amazing. And the receptionist on shift was great too. Amazing staff. Wasn’t the outcome we all wanted. But both vet and receptionist was very sympathetic and absolutely amazing. Thank you both so much.
