They are very bad. They never helped us properly. We've been looking for houses for so long and the owners always end up choosing their own people. What's the point in putting it on the website then? Ridiculously unprofessional. Not only did they not inform me the property was not suitable for 2 couples (I can accept that as miscommunication though I always mention 2 couples when booking viewings as some properties don't accept), the lady who was going to do the viewing was so rude and disrespectful. Sheeba chechi and swayam team are simply amazing! They treated me like family and have been there for everything. House hunting for me is extremely stressful but with Swayam the processes are so seamless that you don't need to worry about anything. And they give the best prices! What else do you need :)
