Worst company ever. Took them to court and won as they refused to provide a 14 day refund under the UK distance selling act. Their devices are recorders- not recordings, so they are not exempt from UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, section 13‐1.
This company is a right rip-off. I bought my DVR one of cameras within first two months of purchase is malfunctioning they are telling me we cannot replace it. How bad is that terrible I would not give them one of my penny anymore embarrassing they shouldn’t be allowed to work in this country.
