Better late than never review I bought my new adventure "oakfield" from Swanley marina in February this year, as I've never bought a boat before it was a little scary. But harry and team were professional, friendly and talked me through the whole process. Communication was second to none through out. Great people to deal with
Swanley Brokerage have been absolutely fantastic, I was considering buying a narrowboat and the advice, warmth and professionalism I received was superb. GREAT SERVICE !! we purchased our first narrow boat from Swanley Harry was very helpful no pressure left us to get a feel for the boat and answered all my questions the boat was even out of the water so was easy to inspect and even was able to speak to the guys who had worked on it. thanks Harry and the team at Swanley our boat is doing well done a few jobs on her and she's coming along nicely thanks again. mark and caroline.
Bought our boat from Swanley. Malcom and Harry were just the best. So helpful! Nothing was too much trouble from our endless questions to organising some post survey jobs that were highlighted. Commutation was faultless. Malcolm went through all the boat functions and Harry assisted us out of the marina as we were very nervous. If the marina was closer to home we would have looked at a mooring here. Thank you guys, and hope to pop in soon when we are passing.
We recently sold our boat with Swanley Brokerage and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Harry had viewings lined-up for the boat as we were signing the paperwork!
