My parents both lived in Swanland House over a period of five years. They were both well cared for by the excellent staff. The carers always treated my parents respectfully and engaged with us as a family when issues arose. I would recommend Swanland House as a quality care home.

My father was resident at swanland house from Sept 2021 to Sept 2024.During that time his care was excellent.Swanland house is a lovely place,always clean &tidy with lovely friendly staff who do an excellent job at looking after the residents. My father enjoyed his 3 years in swanland house.A big thank you to everyone at swanland house.

Swanland House and the team that care for the residents are first class. My Aunt has been a resident for many years and she loves the care and attention she receives.

Mum was in the care of Swanland House for just short of 4 years before she passed away in November 2024. The care she received in those years was first class. The team at Swanland house were so caring and attentive towards mum and I will be forever grateful that her final years were filled with love and peace.. Rob & Lyn Russell x

Awful place. Drag lifting is still the norm in this place, however when the inspectors turn up all the lifting equipment is brought out and dusted. I witnessed a staff member shouting at a resident while trying to dress her as she was walking away clearly she had dementia. Another resident sat in her own mess and was only changed when her son was due to turn up. The owner has no clue about care homes and the manager running the place like it's still 1991.
