Absolutely terrible. Unless you diagnose yourself and tell them what medication you need there is no point seeing a doctor that's even if you can get an appointment within a 3 week period.
First time at the surgery. Raised an issue about my online login not showing my regular meds or any of my letters, met with an abrupt and dismissive response from reception staff. My appointment with the GP was not much better. Patronising, opinionated and overly forceful with their views, did not follow NICE guidelines with a patient centred approach and dismissive of patient involvement in the decision making process regarding their care and medication.
