I find the team very helpful and it is easy to get an appointment when you need one
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the repeated failures of this GP practice. I received a message confirming an appointment, yet when I arrived, the receptionist told me there was no record of it. This is not the first time something like this has happened. called up to see the doctor has been two days now all what I’m getting is appointments have been taken. Please call back again tomorrow at 8 am or submit a request online. They do not care about your health. This has to be one of the worst doctor surgery in Birmingham including receptionist repeating same thing over the phone This is Madness.
Time to change doctors. I honestly can’t be bothered to explain. All I will say is I have been coming here for about 25 years but it is time to go.
The nurse in room 5 I believe her name is Kirsty! She’s so lovely! Went for a checkup and she was brilliant so sweet and polite
