My experience with Swan Bathrooms was flawless. I was kept upto date throughout the order.First class service and communication. The delivery was as planned and my contact "H" was great. I have still to fit and will post photo's when installed. All round a 5 star service and would highly recommend Swan Bathrooms

Really knowledgeable and helpful salesman who advised and guided us every step of the way in planning our small space. Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail unsurpassed. Bathroom furniture is good quality, sturdy, well-made, and ready assembled. Fits perfectly and looks much more expensive than it was. We’re delighted. Manufacturer time was exactly as advertised and delivery was right on time. Faultless service all round. Highly recommended.

I found Swan Bathrooms through an eBay purchase. ‘H’ is the man behind the service, and he is absolutely excellent! Nothing is ever a bother, prices are best I could find, product quality is as good as any of the big bathroom furniture names, and his customer care/follow-up is great. Today there was a manufacturing defect with a toilet pan, and with no quibbles H contacted the supplier and got it sorted. Poor workman ship by the plumber. Did not answer my calls 1 year since fitting for a maintenance check up. Not heard from them since after many calls from me. If you want a good job doing look elsewhere
