Got an appointment same day when phoning first thing. Admin staff went out of their way yesterday to help me with an admin request. Very grateful for this. All staff very helpful.
As a seriously disabled person who has a chronic illness and mobility issues. I returned to the practice after 5 years away from the country. I have to say after 1 visit the WHOLE practice was appalling. Everything from the booking system to the attitude of the staff. I believe Dr Davis is managing the practice. I am suprised that he has let it get this way. He has been a the practice for a long time. The surgery has lost its fundamental values. Putting patients first. Not technology!!!
