Absolutely fantastic service. 4 year old front door latch mech developed a fault. We only contacted via email late at night and they responded the next morning and sent a service engineer out to take a look. Fault diagnosed and part ordered. 2 days later the part has arrived and the door is fixed. All under warranty.

Wanted a relaxing space following chemotherapy, turned into nearly 6 months of chaos. If you want: 1. complete lack of communication, most the time we had to chase them for an update. 2. ⁠missed sewer pipe even after manhole pointed out twice 3. ⁠lack of ownership of problems 4. ⁠builders not knowing what to do, and often working 3 hours before calling it a day. 5. Start date - 30th June. Completion date - 18th December, for a small extension. Then use this company. Otherwise I would stay clear.

First time dealing with Swad windows and won't be the last. Great bunch of lads, no pushy salesmen, everyone i spoke to in the office were polite and professional, did what they say they would when they said it would be done to a high quality and good price. Well done.

I had an issue with the handle on my bifold door. It’s not a new door and gets a lot of use. I contacted Swadlincote windows for assistance. A new handle was delivered the next day. The service and ongoing aftercare from this firm is excellent. I highly recommend.
