Arben is a very competent, knowledgable, professional and reliable engineer. He has been looking after all the heating and plumbing problems I have encountered in my house over the last five years. He instills confidence and surety as I know that when he does a job it is done properly and efficiently and he has never suggested that any unnecessary job should be undertaken. He has very high ethical and moral standards.
Ben is a total superstar - really knows his stuff , very reliable, easy to get hold of, completely trustworthy and totally professional - we’re lucky to have found him and I couldn’t recommend more highly.
We bought an old house a few years back and got in a plumber to fit a new boiler but they left and did not install a thermostat. The boiler worked but failed to heat a few radiators and we had no hot water. We had enough and decided to give SW HEATING & PLUMBING a call and we cannot say how happy we are that we did! Absolutely amazing, i just moved into a new house and it needed a lot of repairs and installations. Super friendly, everything was completed on time and to an absolutely fantastic standard before my house warming party 10/10
Arben has now carried out a few jobs at our home over the past year, this time he refitted a bath for us. He is very professional, reliable and has done a great job. We would definitely recommend.
