When we were in despair due to emergency electrical differculties due to water leaking into electric light fittings , our housing association failed to send us an electrician, after waiting for 7 hours for housing out of hours to then find no one was coming we found winfield in Google search and he came he phoned when he was on his way, he came within the hour and isolated the light fitting so it was made safe for my family. Unbelievably amazing service. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Such a friendly and caring attitude to the situation of my 94 year old mum being without power. Sorted so she and the family are back to normal. Highly recommended by us. Was emergency call out on a late Sunday afternoon. Thank you Winfield.
Winfield turned up early, explained exactly what he was going to do and did it all brilliantly! I am VERY fussy when it comes to quality of work, and his was absolutely spot on! There is nothing at all that I could fault. Tidied up after himself and explained everything again before he left. Felt his price was too low for the length of time he spent and the quality of the work, so gave him a bit extra. You won't be disappointed. A genuinely nice, bloke with great skill.
Came out at really short notice to diagnose and repair. Friendly and polite. Offered good advice on a few other electrical questions that I had. Would not hesitate to us again. Thankyou
