Dr. Zats is a wonderful Dr. She’s very kind, caring and thorough! However, her staff is not as kind as she! And I would never go to her Palos Hills location. It was my first time there and after appointment with Dr. Zats, I stopped at front desk to check out and make another appointment. I stood on one side of the area and there was another side where people were being assisted. I didn’t know I was supposed to stand on that side and wait! The assistant at front desk was very rude. Dr. Zats has been amazing. She’s kind, curious, and understanding. This is the first doctor I have had in a while that listens to my concerns and considers my concerns seriously. She’s careful and thoughtful in her diagnosis and treatment. She never dismisses the pain and concerns I have. We need more doctors like her.
I’m very glad I picked Dr. Zats she is very pleasant and listened to my concerns. The energy I felt from my appointment today made me feel like she truly cared! I will recommend her to any and everyone! I’m very pleased with my visit.
