I went to them 2 years ago for an arch issue. Dr. Zats told me to come back and bring my work shoes in. Was waiting for a call about custom orthotics. Never got one. Staff did not schedule me in for a return as well. Fast forward to today, Dr. Zats reminds me that I did not follow up with her. Making it seem that it was me to blame for not coming back. Dr Zats is extremely knowledgeable and practical. Twice now she has zeroed in on two different foot problems with sniper like accuracy and nailed effective treatment regimens for each.
I was referred to Dr Zats after emergency surgery with an out-of-network provider. She was thorough and clear in her explanations. Would definitely recommend.

Getting fixed for insoles
Very knowledgeable. She explained everything so my 11 year old could understand.
Every time I go to see my doctor she’s always been so helpful n comforting. She give details and direct the issue. She’s extremely nice.
