Dr Zats is absolutely top-notch and the best doctor I have ever seen in the greater Chicagoland area. She takes her time with patients, is a great listener, and encourages you to ask as many questions as you like. I’ve also undergone two major surgeries with her and they were wonderful experiences with thorough information provided and quick healing. Do yourself a favor and see her - your feet will thank you!
She is THE best! Kind, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing. I have relief for the first time in years because of Dr. Zats. I would recommend her to everyone if I didn’t want to keep her all to myself! The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Her assistant is a sweetheart.
I felt so comfortable with Dr. Zats. She explained everything to me thoroughly and spent lot of time . She listened to me very carefully.

Dr. Zats is wonderful. She’s incredibly professional and takes the time to really ensure she’s providing quality service to her patients. Just recently, she fitted me for an orthotic to help my Achilles tendinitis and it worked wonders!
Tried to continue to see Dr. Svetlana, after moving but after revisiting her again at a new office, my initial thoughts were correct. Dr Svetlana likes to use the word unethical a lot, and I feel she knows a lot about unethical work practices. I do not recommend her, very unprofessional even going above and beyond to bad mouth her previous employer direct to me a (patient) and purposely creating billing errors which inconvenience the patient yet benefit her practice. Excellent bedside manner, patient, explains procedures fully and carefully, knowledgeable, highly recommended!
I have visited Dr. Zats twice now and was very impressed with her both times. She has a great bedside manner, is energetic and knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain and educate you about your condition. I left both office visits feeling like I had consulted with a professional of the highest order and had received the best care available. I would whole heartily recommend Dr. Zats without hesitation.
