David from Sutton Kersh has been great to work with, professional, helpful, and efficient throughout the process. I would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of small hiccups along the way with things being a bit last minute while David was off. However once he was back everything was sorted. Overall, very pleased with his service.
David registered me and is very professional and friendly. He always keeps in touch to try and find properties that match what I’m looking for.
Great customer service i showed interest in a property a gentleman called David contacted me straight away and organised a viewing immediately.
Bought my house from them and were great. Tried to sell my house with them for that reason, and my first enquiry was ignored and second was acknowledged but not answered. All they needed to do was tell me their fee and I would have marketed my house with them as I wasn't looking to go with anyone else or get any other quotes or valuations. But I was ignored....multiple times, so I've had to put my house on the market with someone else instead now. I've never known a business to make it so hard to give them business/money.
