I went early, 8 am and got my problem addressed thoroughly. Though there is testing to wait 2 weeks for and an orthopedic appointment to be scheduled, I'm glad to get the process started.
Had to take my sister to urgent care for a big burn injury. The wait wasn’t too bad. The medical assistant, Jonah, that helped us was awesome! Super nice and helpful, as well as the doctor. We appreciate the help and know if we ever need to go to urgent care again, this location is a great option.
They where able to get me in quick. Dr. Sotak was super friendly and explained everything very well. Took the time to sit down and listen to my concerns.
I had to bring my one year old into urgent care after work and I was pleasantly pleased with the experience. Once we arrived and checked in, we waited less than 5 minutes to get called in. The doctor was quick to diagnose him (ear infection) and she then was able to send in a prescription to the pharmacist. We were in and out in about 30 minutes or less. Would defietnly go back again.
Sutter Urgent Care in Davis is great. I walked in at bout 9:00, had registered, seen the Doc (for a plugged ear), had a nurse do the cleaning procedure to ear wax, and was headed home in a little more than an hour. The staff was great.
