Zero starts. Utter incompetence from the administrative staff there. After calling and ensuring that they take my insurance, they not only verify it but require me to change my primary care physician with my insurance thus sending me new cards with the doctors name on it and schedule me a month out. After all that they wait until two days before appointment to tell me they all of a sudden dont take my insurance even after the lengthy verification process.
