Took my kiddo there at 740pm, 20 mins before closing. Wonderful people and a great facility. Interacted with 5 team members who all did good work and brought great energy, keeping my kid happy and comforted (and healthy!)
Staff were friendly.
The place is really good. Came here with my kid having respiratory problems. Doctor saw him in less than 30 min. Very professional. Provided medicine right there . Very recommended
They accept patients in the emergency room by appointment, however they reject patients who need care only because they have not been able to get one. There are never appointments available online. Anyway, how is it possible to schedule a fever, a fracture?. I went with my daughter, who has fever, from one urgent care to other because the reach the capacity at 5pm, nobody was at the waiting room at Mountain View, however they recommended me to go to Palo Alto, finally they reject us again because they reached as well the cap... read more
