The metabolic team is amazing!!! They are always so kind and friendly
I enrolled both of my children with Dr. So, their first available appointments were scheduled three to four months out. Even when my children were ill, I was informed that they could not be seen until their initial visit with their new doctor. This experience has made me question whether Kaiser provides better pediatric care than Sutter. When we were with Kaiser we’re seen right away. I still can’t believe we are waiting to be seen. We started here in February. I thought it was going to be a good choice.
Large parking lot. Offers public restrooms.Once u walk in there is security guard greeting you. And face masks available. The staff is friendly and doctors are very friendly and polite. Except the people that do bloodwork they need more training when it comes to working with toddlers. My son gets bruises the last few times, when getting lab work.
