It would have been nice if they communicated that this walk in clinic is by appointment only before you arrive at the door and find out there aren't appoints open anyway.. so why bother? When I fianlly got in and they saw me, they said they couldn't deal with my ear lacerations and sent me to Stanford ER, where the real doctors work. Of couse, Sutter Health was not about to lose out on ripping off my insurance company. They ordered a bunch of unrelated tests. Next time, just go to Stanford ER, where the REAL doctors are.
