I had a good experience at Sutter Urgent care in Palo Alto. I was seen with little delay, and had an attentive nurse and doctor assist me. Test results came back quickly, and the doctor gave me a call to find out whether I had questions.
Urgent care Dr. Cruz very thorough and patient.. The team of technicians/nurse very skilled and kind. Lab results processed quickly.
I was seen sooner than predicted and the attention and care was was very professional and appreciated.. Also appreciated the follow-up from the doctor who saw me.
