Visiting the ER is expected to be a long wait, but yesterday we got there and received great service from the start. Excellent staff kept us informed of what they were doing, what to expect and how long it will take. I am thankful it was something minor, but the care they showed was genuine.
I had a post op surgery appointment with Dr. Beneke as he just did my surgery 2 weeks ago! Dr. Beneke is AMAZING! This man did 3 hernia repairs and a tummy tuck and i was up walking on my own in just 2 days! Mind you i had ONE hernia repair done 3 years ago by another surgeon and i was down for over a month! And i had to use a walker to get around! I am up moving so freely and already cant wait to get back to work after the miracle work of Dr. Beneke! If anyone ever needs a plastic surgery i highly recommend you look him up!... read more
It's a good hospital with good caring nurses and doctors. I found them more helpful with my daughter than Sutter Roseville
On September 29 i had a joy to become a mom to my beautiful twin daughters. Wanted to say huge thank you to Dr Mark Zhang, to anesthesiologist(so sad i couldn't remember her name, but she was a super nice asian lady, snd really knew what she was doing) and a wonderful team of nurses that took care of us during those few days and also supported me in my decision not to have these babies by c section. My experience at Sutter are all excellent. I don't have to wait for hours like other hospitals or clinics, the staff's are very friendly and helpful. The doctors are nice and thorough. I feel so special whenever I visit my doctors because they pay really attention and they are making sure I understand every treatments I was given. I love all my doctors at Sutter Health Medical groups.
Staying in the ER for hours is not fun but once my wife was taken into triage, it went fast from there and the staff from the ER to the 5th floor was great, especially the nurses on the 5th floor south , you made a painful situation much better. After a 7 day stay we got to know the nurses and they made sure she was always comfortable and pain free . Thank you.
Dr. Tadros is the best... he make ma dad healty and am happy his home with us ... god bless ur hands Dr. Tadros nd all the nurses .. thank you so much...
