Horrible ER staff, had a test which resulted in my kidneys flaring up in extreme pain. The RN up in Radiology advised the ER of what was happening. I was taken down, checked in and given a torodol shot.... The RN that took me down thought it was kidney stones or something with my kidneys since that's what the test was for... Spent close to two hours IN PAIN!! I wasn't a walk in I was already at the hospital, they treated some homeless woman that walked right in on her own before myself!! I ended up going home. From check in, to check out. I can not believe the UNBELIEVABLE client care they provide for their patients. This staff not only took the time to see that your at ease and comfortable but treated you like family, and what's so amazing is we interacted with about 7 people, from the receptionist, to the assistant nurse to the RN the Doctors both our own and the anesthesiologist. Then to our post op nurse. I mean everybody was on point great work.

It's the best hospital to give birth at.
The staff is beyond amazing. Not a person working in the maternity ward lacks compassion and optimism. I was so scared to hold my baby, they took time to show me different holds for nursing as well as how to be secure in changing her. I had a million and one questions and they answered every question and added advice I needed. Our tv did catch fire while waiting for our discharge papers, but we find it amusing. The nurses in the family birth center treated us like family. I have had 7 children at 4 hospitals & by far this was our best experience! We on a hug basis by the time we checked out. It was a beautiful to with people who were truly invested in their work. Thank you now and always Sutter for making our birthing plan so personal and wonderful!

Cannot believe the ER here. It seats less than 30 people total. My granddaughter has 104 fever and is just sitting here across from a woman who keeps vomitting (won't do it in the restroom). And the guy checking us in (Pierre) refuses to correctly pronounce her name and looks annoyed when we correct him. On top of that, I'm not convinced this is a HIPAA compliant area. And no tables or clipboards available to fill out forms. What's happened to this place???
