My husband had lower back surgery yesterday it was a long day but everyone was so polite and helpful you can get lost very easily in there but everyone had a smile on their face. The RN'S assigned to him were wonderful can't say enough.
I would like to personally thank everybody at Sutter Alhambra Surgery Center. These individuals took me in and made me feel at eze. They guided me through every step with such eze and professionalism that I was speechless. Now that I am home. 24 hrs...I feel as I don't need the pain medication they issued me Dr. Wang and his crew are the best. Thanks again Dr. Wang, Dan(pct), Jocelyn(PCT), and Mary(OR)
Frustrating. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived 30 minutes early only to be told that we would have to wait an additional 45 minutes because the nurse practioner was running behind. My son's appointment was at 2:00 p.m., We didn't get into the room until about 2:50 p.m. then the nurse didn't see him until after 3 p.m. then we saw the Neurologist about 3:50 p.m. We didn't leave the office until after 4:00 p.m. That's insane! Unacceptable.
I work here for 20 years . I would say best hospital in town because when I had hearth attack in 2012 doctors take such good care that I went back to work in 7 weak .heath doctors cardiologist I would say all doctors are excellent they go above and beyond for patients . Also all nurses are excellent take good care of all patients I will give sutter hospitsl 5 star best in town for stroke too
Awesome staff, I felt very at ease. Everyone was extremely nice and made sure I was comfortable!
Dr. Graves is an amazingly skilled surgeon and so happy he took our case! Experience at Sutter has been great!
