I had a wonderful experience yesterday! Thank you for making me feel ease with my visit! Everybody was so nice!!
Well my daughter is 16 weeks pregnant it took us two weeks to get an OB to take her. AUGH really! But the Dr., Dr. Jeffery Graham was amazing �. Made us feel at ease and was very informative as was the nurse who we first saw, though I don't know her name. It was a lot of work to get there but the were amazing
We visit the Pediatric Day Unit once a month for my daughter's IV therapy. The staff is so amazing and caring. Love that the staff are assigned to only this unit, so we know them all. It's wonderful to have Child Life there too. Kudos to Dianne and her staff.
The only person was Justin who happens to be the person who moves people from one place to another. The rest of the staff does not have a clue in the intake part. They should go back to being a level two or maybe even a three until they get thing figured out. And the security staff needs to just be trained as they never even noticed the folks that came in, never checking in but sure took lots of photos of the upper structures and Windows and exits for thirty minutes. My son had surgery here. We live 70 miles north so it is a trip here. With that said the staff and building are great. Thank you to everyone that has helped.
The nurses are awesome and helpful in this hospital they helped my wife too much and I appreciate their help.
I just want to say, that it's awsome place, specially the entire team and the environment,
We came here for my daughter's pda procedure. We were given a time and were bumped. So waited from a 1030 procedure time to a 430 time. The Dr was amazing he was very skilled knowledgeable and just a pleasant person. The nurses not so much. Yet due to the fumble my daughter missed out on her birthday gift which was the Lakers kings game in a suite. So yeah was good and bad.
