Since having work started on my property there has been a number of different site managers come and go, however one site manager in particular (Suny) has made sure all works have been carried out to a high standard, within a reasonable time frame. Suny, speaks to all his tenants with respect, and ensures we are happy with each step of the work. No issue is too much. I would just like to thank Suny, and his team for all the hard work that has gone into this project, it hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Worst company out there, the last 2 months have been hell. Very slow and lack a lot of common sense, also all our point of contacts have somehow left for other jobs so no one to communicate with. They’ve caused water leaks in the house, broken our bathroom window which still hasn’t been repaired after 4/5 weeks. To top it off they’ve left the access to the back gardens completely open which has now lead to my some of my property being stolen. They give us full day appointments and don’t even come some days. Avoid this company, been working on my home on behalf of the local authorities. The TLO was telling others in the village when we was in or out. Then didn’t keep to appointments made, gave us full day appointments and turned up for 10mins and left the job unfinished. Damaged our property did everything to not replace the damaged items. Was told work will last 6-8 weeks we are now on month 7 and still not finished and doesn’t look like will be finished any time soon

Absolutely shocking company who are working on behalf of local council. They don’t bother to turn up on time or at all. They just dump materials and a skip on the property without our permission or letting us know. The workers make up lies so they don’t look like the bad ones for not turning up. Don’t even get me started on the manager who i have to be dealing with. We got told job will take up to 6 weeks and the job hasn’t even been started. Absolutely shocking

After 2 months of messages to the company about cracks around window sills and cement coming out leading to water ingress it leaves me no choice but to leave a poor review. Oh they are quick doing the job but when faults start to appear they don’t seem to want to know !!!
