I had a very bad experience with this place in PA. Manager(Handling Finance)up there was a lady and she literally said "get out" to us for saying our price. she said it's the place u born made you bargain.... such a worst worst worst experience ever we got , especially my family got embarrassed with her behvor... I wont recommend this place as a customer
I acquired a lease with Sussman Honda in 2015 for a CVR. My lease ended this year, so I made an appointment to discuss buying my car. I originally spoke a manager who made my appointment with Derrick Farrell. I was clear that I had no interest in leasing a new car. My family's financial situation unexpectedly changed earlier this year, so I hoped to keep my monthly payment as close to what I was already paying (within range of $320). RecommendedI had the pleasure of working with Chis Bach to purchase my Honda CR-V. He was kind, not pushy, and straight forward. He made what could have been a stressful experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Chris if you are looking to purchase a Honda.
Service department was very rude and unprofessional. I dropped my car for diagnostics, received a call back, and was treated very very poorly. I had a right to ask questions as a paying customer and was treated with aggression and nastiness! I will never return as the customer should never be treated as I was. Kenny was the service representative with the bad attitude. Very combative and rude!!
Having SOME consideration for fellow neighbors by not having car alarms beep up to 70 times trying to locate a vehicle every couple of minutes all through the day whilst lying to us for months saying "working on it and improving upon it"..Would they like it done to them? I think not AND after several polie calls and "please, thank yous" was told by manager " well we have been here a long time" as if occupying a location a long time entitles you to be rude, inconsiderate.
