I bought a 2013 Honda Fit from this location in October 2016 with the help of sales associate, Michael Jadach. This was my first time auto purchase and Michael made it very easy. I returned in June 2017 because my AC condenser was damaged from highway driving - Ken Rizzo was my service consultant for the repair. I bought three � from.Service used to be excellent but now I have doubts,because of what as happened to me on more than one � occasion.
I had a scheduled inspection for noon and didn't leave until 3:50pm! My whole day was squashed waiting for this to be completed and no one bothered to update me on why it was taking so long! You should give customers timelines for each service being completed!
Purchased a used van from Chris Bach. Was pleased that I was not chased down in the parking lot upon arrival and was allowed to take a test drive by myself, neither of which I experienced at other dealerships. Chris also through in some extras which sweetened the deal.
Cheaters!!! Spend Your Money at some other dealership unless you want to get ripped off, threatened to be punched on the face by sales manager, Amer. Dishonest dealers, took the deposit and did not deliver the car on time and made us upgrade to the next model, costing us 4K more and still they could not even deliver the upgraded car as promised on time.
