Horrible service department! I had my oil changed there six months ago and today when I was changing the oil myself, the filter was screwed on so tight I could not remove it using normal tools. I had to purchase a tool that crushed the filter, but allowed it to be removed. AVOID SUSSMAN AT ALL COSTS!!!! This is the third time they have ripped me off!

Ask for Andrew Gray! He didn’t try to push us or rush us. He gave us his time and talked through our options. We could tell immediately that he was respectful and kind, and this took a lot of anxiety out of a process that could be full of it.
