RecommendedI went in for my 1st oil change with my new CR-V. They were great, kept me informed as to what they were doing. They also performed (2) recalls. So I would recommend Sussman for service.
RecommendedChristine in the maintenance department is pleasant , professional and always lets me know what I need to do next on my car, to keep it maintained. this is the third new car I’ve had from Sussman Honda. over 12 years, also bought a new car for my daughter here. I have never had a bad experience in 12 years. although Christine has not been there that long the second I walk in she always makes sure to say hello an greet me.
took this place 3 hours for state inspection on my car & charged me $69.19 where all other places charge around $50 & failed my vehicle because i rufused to buy a tire from them. complete ripp off. dont recomend to anyone.

This was the worst experience of my life. The salesman had no knowledge of the inventory and you have to stay on top of them to make sure they are doing their job correctly. They don’t keep the customer informed at all. Don’t waste your time.
