RecommendedEveryone there is very nice. The dealership has a comfortable waiting room where you wait while having your car serviced. Services are performed timely and the service techs don’t try to sell services which aren’t-needed. All in all a very pleasant experience whenever i go there.

I bought a vehicle here two months ago. it was missing a piece. i was told it would be ordered. that was two months ago. now no one returns my calls. all for a $10 piece that should have come with the car. this was the second vehicle i have bought from them. there wont be a third.

I purchased my 2005 Honda Accord brand new 14 yrs ago from Sussman. All my maintenance and work has been done only at Sussman including using their Body Shop. Ken Rizzo in the Service Dept is awesome!! He explains everything that is needed for your vehicle in a way you can understand if you don’t know anything about vehicles. I’m in the process of getting a new Honda from Sussman!!!!! next year I love Honda’s and will only deal with Sussman I have never had any problems with them !
Had a fantastic experience at Sussman Honda this week, my Honda pilot needed and oil change, inspection and emissions. and a mileage based check up. Kenny/Kenneth had us in and out as quickly as possible, gave us updates as things came up and even helped us with a warranty situation. I highly recommend Sussman Honda for both purchasing and service. Five stars!

These jokers Got An 81 year old man with the onset of dementia to lease a brand new candy apple red 2 door coupe Pimped out with all of the bells and whistles. Now 13 weeks later he is no longer driving and stuck in a lease. Only 500 miles on the car if anyone is interested......
