Really appreciate the hard work your crews do to get us our power back during the inclement weather and afterward. Keep up the great work!
I am constantly impressed by SREC! Our power was only out for four hours during the snow/wind storm! They were here during the worst of the storm! Crazy winds, roads closed and they were out restoring our electricity! I went to pick up a water heater a few months ago, and they were so pleasent! They gave my two kids hats, and talked to my five year old while we were waiting. If I ever move within Sussex county it will be dependent on whether the house is in SREC area! Thank you so much for your wonderful costumer service!
VERNON, NJ No power.from Friday 2pm...dark, cold..bad.. And company office open up to 4:30..and OFF at Saturday, Sunday..??? They MUST working 24/7 until all customers have power!!!
