Service is excellent, not many outages at all in the 17 years we have lived in Frankford Twp. Service Electric keeps us informed when there is a large storm in our forcast and of any outages ,that shows they care about their customers.
They are always there when you need them. The office staff is great to talk to and they honestly seem to care and help when you have to call them.
I appreciate the fast service I get whenever there's a outage. I never have long to wait. Good Job!

We lost power due to a tree falling on our lines. A crew was here by 8 am and our power was back in under an hour. They made the repairs with snow still coming down and they were so nice and professional!
