Totally unprepared for winter storm, power lost to ENTIRE SYSTEM, Dec 2, 2019. They claim it's solely due to downed trees, but 48 hours and counting later, they're not only not making progress, they actually lost 1000 more customers last night! Crews are being sent home without new crews taking over, meanwhile they're not answering calls, texts, emails or tweets. Outage map hasn't changed in 14+ hours. Great rates, excellent service and quick response to power outages. They also did a great job setting up my "generlink" which allows my generator to do its job thoroughly and efficiently!
