The rates are extremely affordable. They work tediously to restore power in an emergency. Customer service is friendly I wish they were in more areas of New Jersey.
Absolutely DO NOT recommend this company, or living in McAfee Vernon, NJ at all. I’ve been here since 2 years of age and this company has always taken forever to restore our power EVERY time. Very disappointed every time there’s some sort of weather and hoping for a discount for not getting power back for days.
They get power on fast after a transformer blows. Dec. 2nd 2019 in a massive snowstorm they got power back on in about an hour. The guys walked thru alota snow in Vernon Heights. Thank you!
Might be a great company. Unless you live in VERNON. Rained for all of 10 seconds and the power is out. Come home from work on random days and the power is out. Is the grid/distribution/substation that vulnerable? If there were another option I would jump ship immediately.

This is probably a great company as long as you DO NOT live near Pleasant Valley lake McAfee Vernon.... this must have been the first lake ever settled in NJ or something.
