I had an assessment for specialised treatment due to treatment resistant depression in March 2024. I was turned down for the treatment with absolutely no explanation. The consultant did not listen to me at all. This left me feeling hopeless as medication and talking therapies ineffective having suffered all my life. Appalling service. They cancel appointments on the day, on more than one occasion. Leave me for months with no support. When I complain about issues, they say they will look into it, then I hear nothing. In November they said I would have a follow up appointment. It is now February and still no sign of said appointment. The NHS support for mental health issues is a total joke
Appalling communication, private confidential letter is not passed on to individuals failed on numerous occasions to acknowledge myself as the official carer and twin sister of my phone, Apple brother and are too quick to hand out a necessary medication steer clear of them if you want to get better seek psychotherapy your family and friends!👌
I'm only being honest about you injecting me with a tampered medication designed to shrink my groin lol!
