I recently bought a drone for filming our roof cleaning work and was looking for a local expert to give me some training. After some research I contacted Alex at Sussex Drone Surveys who, since our first email, has been incredibly helpful guiding me through the buying/registering process. Very calm and highly knowledgable he has coached me to a standard where I now fully understand the protocols and feel fully confident flying my drone. And a really nice chap as well as highly talented - highly recommended!

The workshop I attended covered all the topics I was looking for. Alex had taken the time to explain aspects that would be needed for my potential work using a drone in my work in surveying large areas of countryside. Excellent day that I recommend to anyone looking into drone technology and photography.

I needed a roof inspection for insurance purposes. Alex came with a drone and took lots of very clear shots of the roof and then explained any areas of concern to me. I received copies of the photos and a written report the following week. Alex is very professional, a good communicator and I found him a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.
