Excellent cleaning service from professional and friendly staff.
Although this service was accessed for my grandparents, I wanted to leave a review personally because of the excellent service and superb communication that I experienced purely for organising their services. Everything is explained, written and itemised with pricing clearly laid out. The icing on the cake is a guarantee of satisfaction which really sets my mind at rest. I will absolutely recommend this company!
Elijah, the point of contact was friendly and helpful in talking through the details and accommodating where possible. Overall the standard of cleaning is thorough. HOWEVER, the unprofessional attitude of some of the staff members (Joanna) are not as pleasing. (Joanna) desperately needs training in how to be respectful when interacting with clients.
